Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a very late Qing Dynasty, late 19th century chinese famille rose porcelain vase, painted with enamel colours. Painted with court scenes, flowers, phoenixes etc. and three chinese characters "ten thousand long life pavillion".
Such vases were mass produced for export and often sold as pairs, and congratulations that the vase in your possession still has its counterpart. The estimate is based on similar vase pairs sold or offered at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
