Around 20 inches height and 13 inches square. It is white, the bottom is black and written in white is “made in Italy”.
My mother purchased this at an auction. She just liked it, 30 plus years ago. Apparently there was a bidding war between her and an antique dealer. She ended up paying $100.
Dear Cindy,
Thank you for your request. The presented object is a ceramic figurine with the measurements of 20 inches high and 13 inches square. It depicts a monkey playing a Lyra. On the bottom is written Made in Italy. This figurine was made in Italy in the last half of the 20th century as a humoristic souvenir.
An estimation would be between 80 to 160 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg

I am not sure this is a figurine. Its very heavy. Upon further inspection, it appears to be white enameled. The mouth of the minkey has a hole in it, and it appears tgat it might be a fountain? I think the sheer size and weight would make it less of a fugurine.
