Hi Balbi,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
This mirror, with its sculptural bronze/brass-like surround featuring flowing, organic, flame-like textures and rivet detailing, is the work of Scottish-born designer David Marshall (b. 1942), who has been based in Spain since the mid-1960s. His work is strongly associated with bronze, brass, and aluminum, often hand-cast and textured in a very organic, nature-inspired way—just like your mirror frame. The flame/wave-like incisions and the hammered surface are hallmarks of his Brutalist-meets-organic modern style from the 1970s–1990s. Round mirrors with substantial metal borders and visible rivets are a recognizable category of his work, often sold through European galleries and design dealers. He is known for signing his pieces, as yours is.
Related David Marshall mirrors of comparable size usually sell at auction for between $300 and $500 but because this has a few chips, the value is downgraded a bit, to $250-350.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
