Hello Chunmei,
I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal,
Considering the photographs, overall pattern, porcelain quality and the colours, I concluded that this is a Partially Hand Painted Modern Chinese Made Porcelain Bowl. The piece is made between the periods from 1990 to 2000. The piece is very contemporary with a style of the past. This "1895" mark is a way to manipulate the history of the brand and the piece. This mark was used 1990's onward by a Chinese production atelier. The design of the piece is not specific to anything and it has influences from Japanese Satsuma piece combined with Japanese Imari patterns. The piece has a metal base. The piece's gold accents are partially made and enhanced by hand. The piece is in good condition without any visible problems.
Hand Painted, enhanced.
