its an antique rocker. I have a magazine from 1909 and the chair is in it, where if you spent 10 dollars you could get the chair free. Just checking on its worth as my daughter wants to paint it.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a parlor rocker manufactured by the Larkin factory, just as you said. The original advertising is a nice addition but unforturnately does not help to increase the value. Rocking chairs are surprisingly inexpensive today. This particular by Larkin sold at auction within in the price range stated. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. Some new colour might not be a bad idea at all.
