White Serpentine statue made in China late 20th century. I would not think its jade due to the crystalline structure and the translucence of the stone. Wooden foot has inlaid metal wires ( could be silver ). Cutting of the stone is done with machine and partly by hand and is quite rough. Good quality jade is usually better cut ( more detail and completely handmade ) Thats also why I think this is serpentine statue. Small colour difference can be natural but also artificial.
