Shades of this type were not made until the late 19th century (1880s approx) and are still being made today as they are quite popular. Unfortunately, there are a large number of them on the market so the value is modest.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An Art Nouveau style domed leaded and stained glass lamp shade
Probably American, 20th Century
Of domed section with scalloped rim, stylized foliate and swag patterns with intermittent jewel pieces.
