Purchased years ago at garage sale, not sure if this is a print purchased or original. It is a picture inside a paper folder.

Dear Susan,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal.
The presented object appears to be a serigraph print with unknown measurements. This is a print after an ink drawing by the Chinese artist Li Keran. It was made in the second half of the 20th century.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 0 to 20 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
Please let me know if these are not good enough and I will try to take with a better camera. Let me explain that this is a folder with picture on front, writing on inside and back and one single picture loose inside of folder. As you can see there is some yellowing to back of the single print or whatever it is. Please let me know if I can assist any further. Thank you.
