Not sure if this is a lithograph pr print. I bought this about 35+ years ago at a garage sale and paid maybe $3.00 and then had it framed. The item is on a thicker paper and lithograph/print comes to the edge and in very good condition. Victorian setting perhaps? I took photos with my digital camera and glass reflections are noticeable.
