This appears to be a 1890s-1900 book "Longfellow's Poems by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow", published by Hurst and Company, with a slightly torn chromolithgraphic print of roses on the cover. Hurst and Company editions art not rare, similar books sell in the price range stated above. I assume the sentimental value to you is much higher.
