This appears to be another lithograph attributed to Louis Icart (French, 1888 - 1950) which was produced in 1927, titled "La Dame aux Camelias." The work is signed and titled in pencil and bears a printers' stamp, which reads: "Copyright 1927 by les Graveurs Modernes 194 rue de Rivoli Paris."

Though retail and asking prices do vary, I would estimate the current fair market value of this work at $200 to 300, based on the overall condition of this work and recently achieved auction results for similar items:
