This is an oval brooch with hearts, flowers, and leaves surrounding the center stone. The stone appears to be either glass or rose quartz in a cabochon cut. The stone is also loose. 1/20 12k L.S.P.CO is etched onto the back of the brooch. The pin itself is sturdy. This measures about 3.5cm long, 2.9cm wide, and 1cm deep.

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a beautiful vintage brooch. Such vintage pins and brooches are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The material is gilded metal and the stone may be a celcedon. The value of the brooch is fairly low due to the materials however it is a very decorative piece of jewellery from the middle of the 1900s. The letters and numbers may be the manufacturers logo or mark however it is of no significance value wise.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the brooch has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the vintage brooch. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
