The presented object appears to be a USA large size M9 folding knife with the measurements of 34 x 4 x 2 cm. This folding knife was produced for the US military but is also produced for the free market by several manufacturers in several countries mostly China.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 5 to 10 USD.
