Depicting an elegantly dressed lady in a cobalt dress with floral decoration, marked underneath 047/Made in Italy, with a foil retailer or importer's label with monogram MV (or VM)

I don’t believe they are initials. The closest I can see it just looks like a small figure of some kind.
