An antique George IV mahogany slate top chest of drawers
English, early 19th Century
Of rectangular section, the molded edged slate top with rounded edges over a corresponding case fitted with two bolection short drawers over three long drawers, all on compressed bun feet.
35 inches tall, 45 inches wide, 26 inches deep
CONDITION: appears to be in generally good condition; slate possibly original
PROVENANCE: acquired at a tag sale
