I do not know much about this table. The top is marble, and the base looks to be cast iron? The top has a few light stains on it. It measures 23 5/8, 47 1/2, 30 height.
Was my daughters desk, given to her by her paternal grandmother
Dear Laura,
Thank you for your request. The presented object is a table with the measurements of 23 5/8, 47 1/2, 30 inches. It consists out of a cast iron frame and a marble plate. The plate is modern processed as we can see at the marks of the machine driven stone-saw. The counter framework seems from the decor to date in the late 19th century, but these cast iron forms are used into the 20th century.
An estimate would be between 100 to 200 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
