What does this mean?

Dear Elizabeth,

Thank you for your request and your patience. The presented object is a color lithograph with the measurements framed ca. 19.5 x 24 inches. It depicts a woman with a pearl necklace holding tulips. The print is signed in the plate by the French artist and lyric poet Marie LAURENCIN (1883-1956).
An estimate would be between 600 to 1200 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
