These appear to be fragments of a Meissen openwork basket or centerpiece or pedestal basket and the sad remains of two Meissen candelabra of the late 19th century. The basket was ornately decorated wit flowers and foliage and hand painted, the candelabra had been partly gilt and partly polished. A comparable set would sell in the price range listed if in excellent condition. This applies for vintage or antique items. If you would order identical pieces today in Meissen the price would be considerably higher.
