I have 6 chairs one has a very small hole on the top of the cushion. The legs which are made of brass have some tarnish but should clean up nicely. Other than that chairs are in good-very good condition

Seat height sits at 16” and is 18” wide. The top of the back seat is 34” from the floor and is 20.5” wide.
