Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 21st century chinese vase with transfer printed design of recent production. Even the six character Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi mark is transfer printed. You can clearly see the interrupted printed patterns all over the vase. Only the double lines between the transfer printed design are applied by hand. The mark at the base is trying to deceive the buyer, which by western standards would make it a fake. You can buy similar vases online for 10-30 Euro if correctly described (including shipping from China).
