This is later Meissen which was made in the 20th Century; it doesn't have much age or rarity but is a nice example with the reticulated (pierced) rim.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage Meissen blue and white porcelain cabinet plate
circa 1930-60
Circular section with reticulated (pierced) rim, centering floral designs, the rim outlined in blue and white, marked MEISSEN on the reverse.
9 inches diameter
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
