Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be modern slip cast porcelain vase, already prepared to be used as lamp base. Several identical (!) vases with an imitated impressed mark "Wang Bing Rong Zuo" or "Wang Bingrong zuo" have been offered in the recent past. This 19th century artist is known for his carved and applied biscuit porcelain of fine quality. The vase shown here is simply slip cast in a mold and very crude. I assume you can order this today in China. The estimate would be for similar to be bought and shipped from China .
