What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an offset print or giclee print laid down on canvas. The print was covered with two types of varnish, the top layer with added drying accelerator, which eventually leads to cracks, the so called craquelure. This artificial aging adds an "antique" look to the modern print. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
