Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an offset printed reproduction poster ( see the tiny round dots) after an Alphonse Mucha lithograph for a Hamlet theater play in which Sarah Bernhardt played the leading role. The reproduction print was glued on a three part wooden board, stained brown and varnished with an oily substance to make it look old. Such decorative home decor items were made especially during the 1970s and 1980s when art nouveau was very much en vogue among collectors. This decorative panel would most likely sell in the region of 50-100 USD if offered correctly. But as someone put in lots of effort to make it look old, trying to deceive the potential buyer, I would consider it a forgery of no value.
