In 1964 I bought several pieces on Murano Island--thus, I am sure they are authentic. I now want to sell them. I have read your Terms and Conditions and still don't understand what I would pay for an appraisal. Please explain the cost of appraisals and then if you buy pieces. [email protected] Thank you, Judy Payne
Two 12 roosters; One 16 inch clown; One 16 inch vase; One 12 inch mirror. In addition I received a broken shipment from Murano Island that includes broken items--but I have all the pieces. They include: Three 8 inch clowns; One, 18 inch mirror.
I bought them at the factory/store on Murano Island in 1964 and had them shipped to my home in Iowa, US. As I explained above, some items were broken in transit, and I received replacement shipments from the factory/store.

Thanks, Judy, you're all set.
The "stand" on the back of the mirror is missing. That may or may not hurt the value, but I assume it should be noted.
Duly noted, Judy, and yes, it does lower the value a bit. This has been updated to reflect both the missing prop stand and lower value.
In response to your question about any signatures, etc. I hope this is the correct place to give my answer so you can proceed. I can see no marks or signatures on the mirror, clown, or Roosters. However, upon more careful inspection, I do see that a piece on one of the Roosters has been pretty carefully reattached. Let me know what to do next. Thanks, Judy Payne
