Hello Salvatore,
I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal,
Considering the photographs, overall pattern, composition and the technique, I concluded that this is an Entirely Hand Blown Murano Glass Table Lamp with a Brass or Bronze metal base and body. The piece dates back to the period between 2000-2007. It is a quite new piece with a detailed work, the technique used on this Murano piece is called “Murrine”. Murrine is the name given to the circular colourful glass particuls inside the glass body. These pieces of different colours were cut from various glass stripes in order to be used as Murrine. This is an eleborate pattern which requires a certain level of expertise. Your pieces metal body is very simplistic with a single undecorated curved metal branch and a base of same characteristics. The piece also has golden particuls in it to enhace the glass decoration, a technique mostly used after 1980’s, especially in touristic items. The glass is obviously worked on and is a rare piece. The piece is in good condition with small signes of age and use.
