Murano works are often signed on the bottom (or other discrete place) with the artists' signature. The receipt doesnt' indicate if this was made by a specific artisan or studio...could you check and confirm if your tree is signed or if it has a Murano sticker? It can make a big difference in the value....

I am rather suspicious about this being an original Murano piece. From my experience with Murano, they are pretty diligent about marking works that are made in Italy and most reputable Murano studios provide certificates of authenticity with the pieces.
Regis Gallery should guarantee the pieces they sell; if this is an original Murano piece, ask them for the certificate of authenticity.
There is no sticker or signature on this item! Found what I believe to be the item on the internet made by a company called YUZHOU; K9 crystal glass Feng Shui...AliExpress.com. Regis Gallery insists it is Murano glass!
