Good evening, John,
Happy New Year!
I've done a search of Murano glassworkers with the name Brisaldo and am coming up empty so have had to research large Murano glass birds to arrive at a value; I would not be surprised if - once the name can be clearly identified - the value would change.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, you have:
Two Parrots on a Branch, indistinctly signed (possibly Rinaldo)
Made in Murano, Italy, late 20th Century
21 1/2 inches tall, 13 inches long
PROVENANCE: purchased in 1995 on a visit to Murano
$400-600*

I believe the first name is Brisaldo, I cannot make out the last, it may be Frezzeria, we bought several Murano pieces in 1996 from Morris Glass s.r.l., 30124 Venezia - Frezzeria S. Marco, 1229
