'Murano' Handkercheif vase
'Murano' Handkercheif glass bowl or vase pink blue yellow gree twisted ribbons of glass with what seems to be gold in the ribbons seperated by criss cross pattern ribbons. Bubbles in glass no makers mark seems to be visible.

In the style of Lino or Silvano Tagliapietra, Murano, Italy, mid 20th Century
Of asymmetrical organic form, the sides decorated with colorful retortoli (filigree rods in a twisted pattern) and white lace-form latticino, apparently unmarked
11.5 cm (4 1/2 inches) height
13.5 cm (5 1/4 inches) max width at top
6 cm (2 3/8 inches) footprint of base
CONDITION: appears to be in excellent condition
PROVENANCE: acquired from a gallery/dealer
