I also found this necklace in its original box with a typed out note about it. It might have been appraised in 1974. There's carving on both sides. I couldn't find anything close to in online.

A Mutton Fat Jade Pendant, probably early 20th Century,
the pear-shaped panel carved in the centre with Chinese script, within a gadrooned border, drilled top with pendant fitting on later ropetwist chain.
