It is a lovely doll. 
However after having examined the photos very carefully we have come to the conclusion that it is not an antique porcelain doll. The colours of the paint of the porcelain are too white and bright which is not seen on antique dolls, the wig is new and made of nylon, the clothes are also new.
However the main thing is that the dolls head is only 20-30 years old. Unfortunately many porcelain headed dolls in the old manner were made in the 1980s as souvenirs and as collectors items resembling the antique dolls from the early 1900s.

The sentimental value the doll represents to you will be much higher than the market value.
