Mysterious filigree sword

Description
This sword is about an average length, silver in color with some areas of tarnish. There appears to be filigree type decorative designs. They don't seem painted on nor do they seem engraved or embossed. I can locate no markings or identifying words or serial numbers.

So that I may best assist you, can you please upload detailed and focused images of all hallmarks, numbers, and stamps on the metal parts of the weapon? There could be maker marks on the ricasso which is the end of the blade to the hilt. Thank you for your help.
