I found this fossil tooth in November 2022 , in eastern Oklahoma, it's a beautiful vibrant blue on one side and white on the other opalescent tooth. Has a beautiful greenish turquoise shimmer in the sun light, and changes colors when you hold your finger on it. The white instantly changes to black within about 20 seconds and will sometimes mimic your finger print when you touch it the rite way. From my research this may be the only tooth in the world that has fossilized in a way as it left the pours in an open state, which allows warmth and moisture from your finger to quickly fill the pours acting as a sort of mood ring effect. I've talked to many experts and some believe it to be that of an edestus minor. Which most if not all of said species are usually black or pure white. And from what some museum curators have said it's the only tooth in the world to be preserved in a way that allows instant color change. I personally discovered it
Broke base and tip but as is measures about 3/4 of an inch long and about half an inch wide.
