Good afternoon, Beckie,
I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that is a fake Noritake mark. Specifically, it is not a mark used by Noritake and is one often passed off as such.
What this is (and apologies if I get the piece count wrong) is as follows:
A 69-piece vintage set of Nippon parcel gilt porcelain part dinner service
mid 20th Century, comprising:
12 dinner plates
12 salad plates
12 bread plates
12 tea cups with 12 saucers
1 large serving platter
1 small serving platter
1 cream pitcher
1 sugar bowl
1 gravy bowl
1 large bowl
1 small bowl
1 soup tureen
1 butter dish
$50-75*
