Hi Theresa

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Noritake was one of the most popular names for dinnerware in the mid 20th Century; not only was it handsome and serviceable but it was also comparatively affordable. Increasingly few people today, however, entertain in such a formal way and the market is saturated with services of varying sizes, colors, etc. Because there is less demand than supply, fair-market / auction prices for Noritake remain low, typically bringing $4-8 PER PIECE.
While you have a relatively small service with few serving pieces (platters, tureens, serving bowls, etc), the fact that you have the same (and even) number of place pieces (plates, bowls, cups), benefits its value, which I've appraised at about $6-10/piece
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage 68 -piece Noritake parcel gilt porcelain part dinner service for 12
In the Rosay pattern (#6216), made in Japan, bearing the Nippon Toki "N" mark in use from 1953, comprising:
12 dinner plates
12 salad plates
12 dessert plates
12 Tea cups with 12 saucers
Pair salt and pepper shakers
1 Butter dish
1 Sugar bowl
1 Cream pitcher
1 Gravy boat
1 Serving bowl
1 Serving platter
