Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage Noritake hand-painted and parcel gilt circular plate
Made in Japan, bearing the Morimura "M" mark in use from 1921-1940
The circular plate with two gilt side handles, centering three yellow flowers on a white ground, marked on the back.
9 1/2 inches diameter
CONDITION: minor repair
PROVENANCE: inherited

Thanks, Robert, you're all set. As a single, and with some damage, this unfortunately has a fairly modest - and largely decorative value.
The plate is 9.5" in diameter. It is the only one I have. Also , it has damage to the edge. I attached another photo
