Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An antique Noritake hand-painted porcelain one-handle dish
Made in Japan, bears Morimura 'M' mark (in use 1918-1940), this dish is probably 1920s
Of oval shape with scalloped rim, one end with handles, the interior decorated allover with a landscape scene.
6 inches long 4,1/2 inches across 1,1/2 inches tall
