Description

12 place complete 8 piece dinner service plus serving dishes. Includes large and small platters, gravy boat, sugar bowl, creamer, soup tureen, and large serving bowl. All in excellent condition w/no damage. will provide complete photo coverage if required.

Purchased from private party in 1960. Used once never out of china cabinet.

In the "Gramatan" pattery, made in Japan, bearing the backstamp in use from 1933-1940 comprising:
12 dinner plates
12 luncheon plates
12 salad / dessert plates
12 consomme bowls with
12 bread and butter plates
12 cups with 12 saucers
1 large platter
1 small platter,
1 gravy boat,
1 sugar bowl,
1 cream pitcher,
1 soup tureen,
1 large serving bowl
CONDITION: warranted by client to be excellent condition (value assumes no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs)
PROVENANCE: acquired from a private party circa 1960

Delia: My apologies, each service is 7 pieces. (I mistakenly counted saucers from a lefton tea service). I have added more photos of the complete service as well as the platters (1 each large and small) and gravy boat.
