Noritake is notoriously soft at the moment, even for lovely sets with even numbers of cups and saucers and all of the service pieces (it would be worth a tiny bit more if it had the same / even number of cups and saucers, and a large serving tray, which would have been included with the set, originally, or at least as an option).
