What does this mean?

This is an antique, 3rd quarter 19th century, Victorian era, copper luster jug or creamer from England with a blue decorative center band. These used to sell for significantly higher a few decades ago, however they are ubiquitous and readily available on the market. In general, 'watermarks' are stamped in to paper products, not on ceramic wares. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
