57 inches tall, 32 inches wide. Cast bronze. Demure young woman sitting on a half shell in a grotto setting. Probably late 20th century American work. Quality casting. Weighs several hundred pounds.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 20th century bronze or potmetal sculpture with the tentative title "birth of Venus".
The bathing suit would indicate that the sculpture was made according to american taste, but without any foundry mark it would be fair to assume that the sculpture was made in China. The estimate is based on similar garden sculptures sold or offered at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade might be higher and vary.
