Hi Osmel,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Gold marks are hard to read even in person but this looks to me like a French goldsmith mark, though it isn't clear enough to identify the maker (or date).
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage 14K gold Miraculous Medal
Possibly French, 20th Century
Of circular form surmounted by loop, with border inscribed "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you" enclosing a relief picture of the Virgin Mary, standing on a globe inscribed 1830 and crushing a serpent under her foot; the verso with an oval enclosing the letter “M” which is surmounted by a cross, over two hearts, one encircled by the crown of thorns, and the other pierced by a sword. The heart crowned with thorns is the Sacred Heart of Jesus and represents His passionate love for humanity. The heart pierced by a sword is the Immaculate Heart of Mary, his Mother, all enclosed with 12 stars, which represent two entities: the twelve tribes of Israel (linking the Old Testament to the medal); and the twelve apostles. Marked to the verso 14K with indistinct maker's mark.
circumference: 1 inch
