Thank you for your request. this is a painting made in oil on canvas with unknown measurements. It depicts a landscape with a river in the middle and a forest to the left and the right side. The style is a hint that this piece was made in the last third of the 20th century. Sadly the signature is not clearly readable and the artist remains unidentified. A possible reading would be "J. Kugley" or "J. Kugler".
An estimation would be between 100 to 200 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

Greetings, I was able to do more research because I believe your estimate is insufficient, however I understand you didnt have much to go off of. The artist is Josef Kugler and his work is valued much higher than your evaluation. Thank you for making the effort to read the artist name as it stands the signature matches Josef Kugler and his work is pretty impressive and well known. Thank you again I probably would not have figured out the name without your help.
