Thank you for submitting your artwork for appraisal. The mixed media painting most likely depicts a shipyard with a ship being under construction. One can assume that the painting was done not far from where you live. An artist working in this style was C. Frank Norton ( 1916-1983) who was an offical war time artist who moved to Perth in 1958. There was an exhibition in the Fremantle Arts Centre not long ago. You might find some more informaton there. Even without a signature this is an excellent work of art.
