This is an old item believed to be made out of red wood that was carved by a craftsman to be used as a hand washing station or clothing washing station back in the day. It stands to 170m and it 50m in width.

This appears to be a late Qing Dynasty wash stand, red lacquered carved wood, decorated with reliefs of chinese immortals, dragon heads as finials and carved tassles and knots. These wash stands are sold at auction regularly. The estimate is based on recent actual auction results for comparables. "Asking prices" in the trade can be much higher and vary.
