My grandmother who is now deceased was an antique collector and when she passed away she left this teddy bear for me I don't see any tags on it despite there being a string on its ear that may have had some kind of a tag This bear is 24 inches and In good condition .

An antique nutmeg mohair jointed teddy bear
Probably American, early/mid 20th Century
The center-seamed jointed bear with brown glass eyes, sewn nose, mouth and claws, velveteen pads, center. Appears to feature a now-defunct growler to its interior. Unmarked.
24 inches high
CONDITION: This bear has wear and some evidence of old repairs to the ears and some thinning to the fur.
PROVENANCE: Inherited
