Old Tibetan Wood inlay Thangka with Buddha presented in the middle surrounded by 5 deities/beings. Good workmanship and Buddha in the middle appears to have been gold-gilded. Item is held by a sturdy wooden frame that comes with a hanging device on the top middle section of the frame. Back of the thangka is bare with wooden backing as seen Length: 92 cm Breadth: 74 cm Weight 19 kg Material: Wood, bronze/brass (uncertain), perhaps copper too

Your artwork is nicely worked but not very old, I believe around 50 years old. The brass plate is done by hand and well done. I believe it could also be made in Nepal instead of Tibet but thats hard to tell for sure. The gold face buddha is done really well and has a good expression. I must evaluate it as a decorative object instead of an antique. My estimation is based on what I believe would be a fair price in auction or sales room.
