I'm not sure who made it, I don't see any markings on the top portion & it's really heavy so I'm unable to look underneath. Carving consists of mostly flowers & birds & is in perfect condition with the glass top to protect it which is completely intact. The legs also have carvings of dragon heads. Some of the wood that is framing the carving is discolored, almost looks like someone set something hot on it & it made the surface kinda milky looking? Not sure what kind of wood it's made of but it's definitely on the darker side. Hoping I can get more information from you.
