Original canvas in old. bronze frame. Canvas has few holes almost deliberate in trees. It's called first snow in V something. Signed by R.S. Foster. Feb. 1903
Purchased from A refurbished / antique shopin palmyra ny. The owner said she purchased from an estate in palmyra while back. She did not do a lot if research on it. There is a street called foster street in palmyra not sure if it relates. The painting is of deer. Crossing what appears to be a creek . beautiful colors.
