Pablo picasso
11”x17”
Hello Yassine,
Thank you for submitting your item for an appraisal and for your patience!
The presented object appears to be a pen and ink drawing on paper depicting three women in the style of Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973). The work measures approximately 11 x 17 in. and has been attributed to Picasso due to the presence of a signature at the bottom left of the composition and one of two gallery labels on the verso of the work. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.
Unfortunately, neither the style, the quality of the composition nor the handwriting are comparable to authenticated works by Pablo Picasso. Consider the following comparables:

Therefore, the unfortunate conclusion from this investigation is that the work of art presented is most likely a forgery, which holds no market value.
If you have questions or concerns, I would recommend that you get in touch with our authentication team by email at [email protected]. An inscription at the top of the work does include a date, which would make a consultation of the artist's catalogue raisonné quick and easy and could confirm or refute this initial opinion of authenticity.
Kind regards,
Anne
